This is 9mm NATO ammunition. The NATO designation means that it is loaded at a higher pressure than your typical "off the shelf" 9mm ammunition. It is comparable to 9mm +P ammunition. Consult your firearms manual to ensure that it will support +P ammunition. With a muzzle velocity of 1200fps, there will likely be more recoil than the typical "off the shelf" 9mm ammunition, but you will find that your firearm cycles better and you will experience a flatter trajectory.
